I’ve been thinking about why Marion Gathoga – Mwangi chose The Compass as her Executive Connect Club moniker. Before our session, she shared what it meant to her: A compass offers guidance, direction and protection. It helps you find your true north. North is wisdom. South is passion. East is new beginnings. West is reflection. But perhaps my favourite part was this: a compass doesn’t stop the journey. It simply helps you stay oriented while everything around you changes.
