One of the most empowering thoughts that I keep when there is doubt or comfortable fear is based on the Bible “people light a lamp and place it not under the basket but on the table….” This appointment is validation that indeed we have light. A city cannot be hidden when situated on a hilltop. I just have watched the light we carry by Michelle Obama and it feels like a story I can totally relate to.
